I feel that we should trade locations for a month. :-)

Love the contrasting blues from the sky and water. Wonderful midday shot. Might be tempted to tone down the highlights just a tad.

I tried to do it... but here, I prefer to see violent highlights, as the light was. It shows that the photograph has been taken at midday.

And there are some details in this areas, it is not burnt (I don't know if it's this right word...)

I had questionned myself about that, I understand that you notice it to me ;)

I believe by 'burnt' you mean blown out...which is to say the details are lost. You're english is still better than my french ;-)

The only reason I mentioned the highlights was that they tend to distract the eye as it moves through the photo. Good reasoning though for your motives.
